1. User Eligibility & Account Integrity
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order for our premium bags. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Responsibility: If you register for a “Redgraceart Member Account,” you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, purchases, and communications that occur under your account.
Right to Terminate: Redgraceart reserves the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in cases of suspected fraudulent behavior, unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or any activity that compromises the integrity of our Goodyear-based logistics operations.
2. Product Fidelity, Accuracy & Pricing Policy
Visual Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, textures, and fine hardware details of our bags as accurately as possible. However, the physical reality of premium textiles and leathers may vary slightly from digital renderings due to lighting and monitor calibrations. Minor variances in shade or grain pattern are inherent to high-end materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Pricing Errors: All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a leather satchel listed for an impossible price due to a technical glitch), Redgraceart reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the customer, and provide a full refund.
Availability: All items are subject to stock availability at our Arizona fulfillment center. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue specific designs, or change material specifications at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipment Contract & Domestic Delivery Protocols
Redgraceart ships exclusively within the United States. Every purchase made on our site is subject to a standard shipment contract with our partner carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Transfer of Title: The risk of loss and legal title for your purchase pass to you once we deliver the package to the common carrier at our Goodyear, Arizona facility. While we ensure each bag is protected in reinforced, double-walled boxing, the carrier is responsible for the physical transit.
Delivery Issues: Redgraceart is not legally responsible for packages once they are officially marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to protect your fashion investment from theft or environmental exposure.
4. Proprietary Rights & Content Use
All digital and physical assets—including but not limited to the Redgraceart logo, website graphics, exclusive bag silhouettes, high-resolution photography, and editorial copy—are the exclusive intellectual property of our brand. These assets are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or “scraping” of our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any breach of our proprietary rights will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action in the Arizona jurisdiction.
5. Liability Limitations & Indemnification
Disclaimer of Warranties: Redgraceart provides the website and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our digital boutique will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of redgraceart.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Goodyear/Maricopa County, Arizona.
