Nevertheless, because the actual colors you see depend on your specific monitor settings (IPS vs. OLED), brightness levels, and ambient lighting, Redgraceart cannot guarantee that your screen’s rendering will be a 100% match to the physical product. Subtle shifts in pigment are an inherent part of the dyeing process.
• Texture & Natural Variations: For our leather collections, minor imperfections, grain patterns, and natural markings are hallmarks of genuine material and are not considered defects. Similarly, for textile bags, minor variations in weave density may occur between different production runs.
• Sizing & Capacity Tolerances: Our bags are assembled with a mix of industrial machinery and hand-finishing. Due to the nature of stitching and the flexibility of premium materials, a minor variance of up to 1cm (approx. 0.4 inches) in final dimensions is considered within industry tolerances.
3. Commercial & Inventory Disclaimer
Pricing Accuracy: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While we endeavor to ensure all pricing data is correct, technical glitches or manual entry errors may occur. In the event of a manifest pricing error, Redgraceart reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund immediately.
Limited Editions: Many of our collections are seasonal or limited-run. A product being visible on the site does not constitute a legal guarantee of immediate stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any design or modify hardware specifications without notice. Redgraceart shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the unavailability of a specific item.
4. Product Preservation & Customer Responsibility
Redgraceart is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, cleaning, or environmental exposure once the bag has been delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to:
- Environmental Care: Avoid exposing bags to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight (which can fade pigments), or high humidity (which can damage leather integrity).
- Chemical Exposure: Keep bags away from perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh cleaning agents. Damage caused by non-approved chemicals is not covered under our policy.
- Weight Limits: Avoid overfilling bags beyond their intended capacity, as this can cause permanent stretching of handles and stress on hardware.
5. Jurisdiction & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redgraceart, its directors, and its logistics specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, personal dissatisfaction with a style or loss of aesthetic value.
This Disclaimer and all matters relating to your access to our site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be conducted exclusively within the appropriate courts located in the Goodyear/Phoenix jurisdiction.
