Q: What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, bags must be in their original, pristine condition with all tags and protective packaging (dust bags) included.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Redgraceart covers shipping costs for manufacturing defects or transit damage. For style exchanges or “change-of-mind,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Q: How are the bags protected during shipping?

We use Volume-Retention Packing with acid-free stuffing to maintain the bag’s silhouette and double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent any external impact during transit.

Q: Will the bag color match the website photos exactly?

We strive for 100% accuracy. However, due to monitor calibrations (IPS/OLED) and the natural characteristics of premium leather and textiles, actual colors may vary slightly from your screen rendering.
